King Crab with Oyster Sauce

King Crab Legs
1/2 onion thinly sliced
1 can of coconut milk or carnation milk
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
Black Pepper
1 tablespoon of butter

Use butter to saute onions in a pot. Add King Crab Legs, 1/2 a cup of coconut milk and black pepper. Bring the coconut milk to a simmer then add oyster sauce. The coconut milk will gradually soak into the crab meat so slowly pour the remainder of the coconut milk into the pot. Allow to simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
