Estufao (Adobo)

Estufao'n Katne, Babui, Mannok - Beef, Pork or Chicken

2-4 pounds beef or pork (1 whole chicken)
1 onion, thinly sliced
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Optional: Add donne' to mixture

If you have time marinate all the ingredients together for an hour or so before cooking. If you don't, don't sweat it. It'll be just fine. Easy way to do it is to place all ingredients into a pot turn the heat up to medium, cook for 45 minutes to an hour or until meat is tender.

Serve with white rice.
