Beef Kelaguen

Beef Kelaguen

1 pound flank steak (or substitute with sirloin)
1 small onion
3 lemons
5 Donne' sali or thai hot peppers
Salt

Directions:
  1. Slice flank steak into thin 2 inch long strips
  2. Add steak into non metallic bowl
  3. Add lemon, onions and done' to the bowl
  4. Season to taste using salt.
If you enjoy a more tarty taste by all means use more lemon. Same goes for heat if you like it pika, spice it up by adding more donne'. Serve with white rice or titiyas
