1 pound cooked shrimp (if using frozen)
1 small onion or green onion
2 lemons
5 Donne' sali or thai hot peppers
1 cup grated coconut
Salt
Directions:
- Remove shell and devein shrimp
- Smash shrimp and place into bowl (nonmetallic)
- Add lemon, onions, donne' and coconut to the the bowl with shrimp
- Season to taste using salt.
